Rented Income vs Owned Income
Let me ask you a question you’ve probably never been asked before.
Do you own your income?

Let me explain:
Let's say you are working a job that pays you $60,000 a year.
That's a pretty decent salary that comes out to $5,000 a month.
The big problem?
This is rented income.
You don't own the rights to this income.
You could be receiving your paycheck one week, and the next week out of the job.
You can lose your rented income due to many factors outside of your control, such as:
- Company restructuring
- Declining industry
- Recession
- Poor health
- Family issues
All of sudden, that rented income that was coming in every week no longer belongs to you.
That's exactly why the end goal of every rented dollar you make should be to turn it into owned income.
Owned income is something that cannot be taken away from you so easily.
Owned income is yours-
And it stays yours.

That is owned income.
If I get fired from my job today, I still have $5,000 coming in from my owned income.
If I get ill and can't work for a bit, I still have $5,000 from my owned income coming in.
And overtime, if you can get your owned income high enough...
Then you become financially free.
