Super Investors Are Buying This Dividend Stock! πΈ (Free Spreadsheet Inside)
The Big Money Likes These Stocks π₯
One of my favorite ways to find investment ideas?
Stealing from Super Investors.
Super investors are investors with over $100M in assets under management.
Every quarter, they are required by law to reveal all of the moves theyβve been making in their portfolio.
These were the top 10 most frequently bought dividend stocks by super investors in Q2 of 2024:
UNH - UnitedHealth Group Incorporated π₯
MSFT - Microsoft Corporation π»
AAPL - Apple Inc. π
MSCI - MSCI Inc. π
CVS - CVS Health Corporation π
HUM - Humana Inc. π₯
DIS - The Walt Disney Company π¬
CRM - Salesforce, Inc. βοΈ
SBUX - Starbucks Corporation β
GOOGL - Alphabet Inc. π
Thereβs a clear trend were seeing with these buys from super investors.
Super investors love quality dividend growth stocks.
How do I know this?
I created a spreadsheet of the top 50 most frequently bought dividend stocks (which you can get here) to analyze their buys more in depth.
Hereβs a few key stats I found:
Super Investors were focused on buying stocks that had low payout ratios, massive dividend growth, and higher than normal return on invested capital.
While they did buy some stocks with higher than normal yields, the majority of their purchases were low yielding dividend stocks.
These βlow yieldingβ companies typically reinvest much of their free cash flow back into the business, which in turn allows them to grow their dividend payments at a rapid rate.
As for me, I was happy to see AAPL, MSFT, UNH, and SBUX on this list.
These are all holdings in my personal portfolio, with UNH being my most recent addition, and MSFT being one of my largest additions.
But who knows?
Maybe Iβll steal some more investment ideas from Super Investors in the near future.
