I own it in my portfolio. I made a video on them recently that you can see here: Is VICI Properties a Huge Opportunity? | VICI Properties (VICI) Stock Analysis! |
Google has some edge over dividend stocks; huge growth this year, must be more to come than just Gemini. AI is getting bigger, didn't see much growth potential there. Goog could dip, but who wants to think that. At over $200/share, I can see why people would jump out windows - after a stock crashes. We all see the downside, dividendology helps you see upside.
I’m looking at data from seeking alpha. It incorporates special and variable payments too - have a look it explains how they do the calculation on their website.
Including specials it might get to 8 - it was around 7 including extra’s when I checked them out. But those are called extras for a reason, curious how they count on those. Thanks!
When it comes to SPYI…I live in the Netherlands so the tax - part might not be a ‘plus’? We pay 15% dividend tax here, is this working differently?
What are your thoughts on Vici?

What do people think of UNH after the recent dip ? Discount sale or falling knife ?
I've been buying UNH. This video shows why: https://youtu.be/8asEVm_XsSs
$main hits 9% I’d be a buyer.
9%? According to IBKR the yield is around 5,6% now..?
Sorry, FWD yield. It’s just under 8% at the moment.
Hi Steve, I doubt that - or are you looking at multiple years down the road? How did you get to 8% Forward yield at this moment?
