Miners produce the basic materials needed to fabricate the chips that enable the fabrication of reality, which in turn rents all of those REITs. Those companies trade in high multiples of earnings. When there's no physical silver or other REEs to be found, and the actual "Price Discovery" occurs, I think the REITs are going south.
I’d guess ADC :)
I have the same question as I just joined I was wanting to review the two new dividend portfolios.
All I see on each is they are coming but I thought they were started last week.
Thanks in advance!
We recently added the first position to the high yield portfolio! You can see it here: https://open.substack.com/pub/dividendology/p/buying-our-first-high-yield-stock?r=23xcsz&utm_medium=ios
How do I access the two portfolio spreadsheets from here?
@Dividendology is there a purchase cycle for each of the two portfolios or are you buying when you see something worth investing in?
I do not recall seeing any new investments in either for a few weeks, why I asked.
Thank you & love the knowledge you share.
Hi Mike! There is not necessarily a 'purchase cycle', but we should be having our next purchase quite soon :)
When possible, please add NLY to the REIT Database. Should I swap out?
I will make note to get it added it the future!
Thank you!
